Service scope
PriceFlock organizes product and offer records from authorized retailer feeds, official APIs, and approved affiliate catalogs for US-focused discovery and price comparison. PriceFlock is not a retailer, seller, marketplace, payment processor, shipping company, or party to a purchase between you and a retailer.
Prices, availability, and “Last checked”
PriceFlock applies provider, identity, condition, availability, and public-visibility rules before displaying an offer. “Last checked” describes when PriceFlock observed the provider record. Prices, stock, shipping, taxes, membership requirements, location restrictions, and retailer terms can change afterward. PriceFlock does not reserve stock or lock a displayed price.
Confirm the exact product, selected variant, final delivered total, availability, and purchase terms on the retailer website before buying. A difference between PriceFlock and checkout can be reported through Contact, but PriceFlock cannot change a retailer’s order or price.
Product identity and comparisons
A valid exact GTIN can support comparison across distinct merchants. Products without sufficient identity evidence may remain separate even when their names or photos look similar. PriceFlock may correct or separate records when source evidence shows that a comparison combines different products, variants, sizes, conditions, or bundles.
Price history and insights
Price history is a record of verified observations available to PriceFlock for a product and currency. Historical low, historical high, savings, and deterministic insight text are calculations from those records. They do not predict a future price, promise that an earlier offer will return, or constitute financial advice.
Out-of-stock products
An out-of-stock product can remain as an archived product page to preserve its image, price history, favorites, and price alerts. It is not presented as an active offer and is removed from active shopping surfaces and the public product sitemap while no eligible offer exists.
Accounts, favorites, and alerts
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity through your account. Favorites do not reserve inventory or create a purchase obligation. A price alert is a convenience based on later observed catalog data; delivery is not guaranteed, and the retailer’s live page remains the final source before purchase.
Affiliate links and third-party services
Some retailer links may compensate PriceFlock for a qualifying action without increasing the shopper’s price. Retailers and affiliate networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies. PriceFlock is not responsible for a retailer’s checkout, payment, fulfillment, returns, warranties, customer service, or external website availability. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, submit unlawful material, extract data in a way that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, or use PriceFlock to violate a retailer’s or provider’s rights. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Catalog content and intellectual property
Retailer names, product images, marks, and authorized catalog fields remain the property of their respective owners. PriceFlock’s original guides, interface, organization, and explanatory text may not be republished as another service’s content without permission or an applicable legal right.
Service changes and corrections
PriceFlock may add, modify, correct, hide, or remove features and offers. An offer may be hidden when it is unavailable, incomplete, disputed, unauthorized, incorrectly matched, or technically unreliable. Product and account records are handled according to the Privacy Policy and Editorial & Data Methodology.
