Service scope

PriceFlock organizes authorized product and offer data for US-focused discovery and price comparison. PriceFlock does not sell products, take payment, guarantee inventory, or become a party to a purchase between a shopper and a retailer.

Offer information

PriceFlock applies freshness and matching controls, but prices, stock, shipping, taxes, restrictions, and retailer terms can change. Confirm the final delivered price and transaction terms on the retailer website.

Accounts and favorites

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Favorites are a convenience feature and do not reserve inventory, lock a price, or create a purchase obligation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with security, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts PriceFlock or violates a retailer’s rights.

Retailer content and trademarks

Retailer names, product images, marks, and catalog content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by an approved source or applicable law.

Availability

PriceFlock may correct, hide, or remove offers that are stale, incomplete, disputed, unauthorized, or technically unreliable. Features may change as additional retailer programs and data sources are approved.
