Product or price correction
Include the PriceFlock product URL, the retailer name, what appears incorrect, and the time you noticed it. If the issue involves a wrong match, include the model, GTIN, size, color, pack count, or other field that separates the products. We use the report to review the authorized source record; we do not copy replacement information from an unrelated store page.
Privacy or account request
Signed-in users can export or delete account data from Settings. If that control is unavailable, email from the address connected to the account and describe the request. Do not send a password, payment-card number, government identifier, or other sensitive document by email.
Retailer, network, or data-provider inquiry
State the company, affiliate network or feed, the catalog access you are contacting us about, and a way to verify your role. PriceFlock activates a source only after catalog access and comparison use are authorized. Existing partners may also use their affiliate-network publisher-management channel.
Editorial question
For a guide correction, include the guide URL and the exact sentence or section. PriceFlock shopping guides explain comparison decisions; they do not claim hands-on product testing unless that work has actually occurred and is clearly documented.
Order, return, or delivery help
PriceFlock cannot access a retailer’s order system. For payment, delivery, cancellation, return, warranty, or customer-service issues, contact the retailer shown on your receipt. PriceFlock can review whether an offer or destination link is displayed correctly, but it cannot modify an order.
What happens after a correction request
We compare the report with the relevant provider data and PriceFlock matching rules. An offer may be corrected, separated, hidden, or left unchanged depending on the source evidence. A report does not automatically rewrite catalog data, and we will not publish private account details as part of a correction.
