Information you provide

When you create an account, PriceFlock stores your username, email address, securely hashed password, account creation date, and the products you choose to save. Passwords are not stored as plain text.

Hosting and storage

PriceFlock runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores account, favorite, and authorized catalog records in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process limited technical and security information to deliver and protect the service under its own terms.

Shopping and retailer links

PriceFlock does not process purchases or store payment-card information. When affiliate links become active, following a retailer link may allow the retailer and affiliate network to receive referral and device information under their own privacy and cookie policies.

Product sources

Product and offer information is retrieved only from official APIs or approved third-party catalogs. PriceFlock records source identifiers and timestamps to enforce matching, freshness, attribution, and correction rules.

Cookies and similar technology

A secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated. PriceFlock does not currently enable advertising or audience-analytics cookies. Before optional tracking is introduced, this policy and any legally required consent controls will be updated.

Data choices

Signed-in users can remove favorites, download an account-data export, or permanently delete their account and saved favorites from the Account Settings page. Deletion does not remove records that must be retained temporarily for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Retention and security

Account information is retained while the account remains active. PriceFlock uses access controls, hashed passwords, secure cookies, encrypted transport, and restricted database bindings, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

PriceFlock accounts are not directed to children under 13. The service does not knowingly request personal information from children.

Policy changes

Material changes will be reflected by a revised date on this page. Continued use after a change is governed by the updated policy and applicable law.
